Island City, Oregon – May 20, 2024 – Kronospan (www.kronospan.com), a leading manufacturer of wood panel products, announced today the acquisition of Woodgrain's particleboard facility in Island City, Oregon. This strategic move strengthens Kronospan's position in the North American market and aligns with their commitment to continued growth.
